About the Trip

Become an important part of biblical history as you touch, see, smell, hear and taste the ancient environment that you have only ever read about. This visit to Israel will make you more than just a tourist—it will make you an archeologist as you take part in an ongoing dig organized by the Associates for Biblical Research. This trip is typically for credit for FHU graduate students.

Four Days of Guided Biblical and Archaeological Travel with Dr. Jonathan Moore.
Evening Walking Tours or Lectures following each dig day, led by Dr. Moore.
Daily Devotionals and On-Site Biblical Insights, connecting the land and the Word
Five Days of Excavation at ancient Shiloh under the direction of the ABR team.

Full-day guided tour with Dr. Moore to Caesarea Maritima, Mount Carmel, Megiddo, Tiberias, Capernaum and the Sea of Galilee

Full-day tour to Bethlehem, Jericho, Valley of Elah, Gezer, Beth Shemesh and Gath (as time allows).

Worship and Devotional in the Garden of Gethsemane.

Guided tours of City of David, Hezekiah’s Tunnel, Pool of Siloam, Tomb of David, Southern Steps, Mount of Olives, and Western Wall.
